Skidmore works with clients across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals and health care, telecommunications, finance and energy. He has won cases for clients at all phases of litigation, from initial motions to appeals, and advises clients on ways to minimize the risk of future litigation. He also has experience representing clients in investigations by federal and state enforcement agencies, such as the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general.
