ChannelAdvisor publishes same store sales (SSS) reports throughout the holiday season starting the first week of November through the end of December. These reports highlight transactional data in gross merchandise value that flows through the ChannelAdvisor platform and measures the relative performance of online channels such as Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping and more. In 2015, ChannelAdvisor customers’ same store sales increased 20.9 percent during the Cyber Five period (Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday).

“We’ve seen online shopping start earlier in the holiday season the last few years, and consumers have become much more active on mobile devices.
