Innovative Public Relations - Relentless Innovation. Proven Results.
Giving You An Unfair Advantage
The fun, interactive session will introduce attendees to a variety of resources proven to help people on their journey toward happiness. Stacy will briefly examine several tools and exercises -- what they are, what they do, and how science has shown that they can help increase happiness and contentment. Participants will leave with information and practical ways to create their happiest life. There will be light refreshments, and time to mingle with happy people from all across the Triangle.

There is no charge to attend, but advance registration is required online at http://www.happyfix.com/pages/wellness-programs.

“Build Your Happiness Toolkit” is one of the knowledge resources Happy Fix is sharing to help people improve their lives and the lives of those around them. These educational workshops, events, and social media outreach are supported by inspirational and informative blog posts and other efforts like the Triangle Happy Fix Meetup Group to continue to fill the ranks of happbassadors who use positive thinking and focused action to share the company’s message that happy feels good.
