Seibels Announces Appointment of Clarence Lee to Vice President of Catastrophe Operations and Property Claims

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- The Seibels Bruce Group, Inc. (Seibels), an insurance services provider of business process outsourcing solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Clarence E. Lee to Vice President of Catastrophe Operations and Property Claims. Mr. Lee will oversee the catastrophe operations of Seibels’ full-service claims organization, Seibels Claims Solutions.

A seasoned claims executive with nearly thirty years of experience in personal and commercial lines operations, Mr. Lee previously served as Seibels’ Director of CAT Operations for nearly ten years. In his new role as Vice President, Mr. Lee will develop a CAT plan for clients, foster relationships with independent adjusting firms throughout the US, optimize customer service levels to ensure successful completion of large-volume claims handling and manage all aspects of the claims operation while being actively involved in BPO projects.

Prior to Seibels, Mr. Lee served the Director of Catastrophe Operations at Travelers Insurance Company in Texas for nearly twenty years. Mr. Lee received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington.
