Bobbitt Completes Student Worship Center for Triangle Community Church

APEX, N.C. -- Bobbitt Design Build finished construction on the 7,500-square-foot Next Generation Discipleship Center for Triangle Community Church located at 4216 Kildaire Farm Road in Apex. Conveniently positioned behind the church’s main building, the new one-story facility presents a contemporary architectural style designed by architect Michael Huslage of Bobbitt A & E. The space will serve as the permanent student ministry center and is sized to serve the rapidly-growing student population.

The worship space in the NextGen Center is designed for optimal acoustics and viewing. Its modern bleacher seating is retractable, which allows the space to open up for multi-purpose use. In other areas of the building, colorful accents and structural forms create unique, visually-engaging highlights around the café area and the high open-ceiling lobby.

Triangle Community Church chose Bobbitt to complete this project due to the design-build company's excellent value and performance proven during the construction of its initial building 12 years ago. Bobbitt worked closely with the church to ensure the building met an aggressive budget target, which was an important stewardship goal of the project.

"This fresh and vibrant facility helps us more passionately engage our next generation," said Senior Pastor Doug Humphrey. "It offers our students an inviting place where they will want to worship, grow, and belong."
