Bobbitt Finishes Cardiovascular Practice’s New Home

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Bobbitt Design Build recently completed construction on a 3,800-square-foot fit-up for Premier Cardiovascular located in Ed Drive Building #2 at 3811 Ed Drive in Raleigh. Composed of a wooden framed structure and masonry exterior, the building will serve as Premier Cardiovascular’s new long-term home. The practice left its previous leased space on Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh and purchased this space as a condominium to accommodate its needs for a larger office. The modern, inviting floor plan features ample space for exam and clinical rooms, a camera room and treadmills for stress tests.

Premier Cardiovascular chose Bobbitt to complete the project after receiving a referral from the medical group’s real estate agent, Yezen Hamad. Bobbitt, the original design builder of the two shell buildings on the Ed Drive lot, also completed fit-ups for Associated Urologists of North Carolina (AUNC) in the first building and Raleigh Skin Surgery Center in the second building.
