CCME Names Director of Review Programs and Services

CARY, N.C. -- The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence (CCME) has named Lorrie Jones-Hartley as its new director of review programs and services. Her responsibilities include the oversight and management of utilization and quality review contracts with multiple state Medicaid agencies; identifying new opportunities for grants and contracting; along with the oversight and operations of the utilization and quality review division.

Jones-Hartley has over 30 years of experience in health care with expertise in patient safety, accreditation and regulatory affairs, clinical quality, and case management.

Her most recent position was vice president of quality and safety at Mission Health in Asheville. She has also held various positions at Duke Regional Hospital and WakeMed Health and Hospitals.

Jones-Hartley received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Western Carolina University, and her master’s degree in nursing from Medical University of South Carolina.
